A blank room needs more than a vision.
Launching new hotel concepts, DLF’s flagship TriCity clubhouse, and Nineteenth May meant turning an idea into the full operating backbone—teams, technology, procurement, service flow, training, and standards.
Lead at scale
Complexity becomes calm when the system is clear.
At JW Marriott Chandigarh, I led 70 associates across multiple dining venues and more than 20,000 square feet of banqueting, aligning guest experience, commercial performance, controls, and team development.
Deliver under pressure
The guest should never see the machinery.
Diplomatic assignments, luxury weddings, corporate events, and demanding everyday operations reinforced one principle: preparation creates confidence, and leadership is most visible when something unexpected happens.

Since 2019, I have translated five-star discipline into an independent, multi-vertical business spanning dining, catering, events, bakery, and bar operations—without losing the warmth that makes hospitality human.
